History of the Company

SJBS opened for business in 1989 because of the need for local contractors and individuals to have access to building material.  We started out with a small inventory which grew as the need increased.   From 1989-1996 SJBS operated out of a yard located at 377 W. 300 S. in Blanding.  Because of growth of the company it became necessary to relocate to a larger and more convenient yard located on S. Main. Since then the business has continued to expand with a larger inventory, bigger yard and more storage area.

 

During its years of operation, the company has built great confidence with its customers as being able to provide their building material needs, and at a competitive price.


Organizational Structure

The company is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Utah.

Objective

The primary objective of SJBS is to provide quality building material and services to contractors, government agencies, and the general public. This objective requires the provisions of services which are timely, economical, cooperative, and which meet the standards expected by the company's customers.

The services provided by the company will be done in conformity with applicable laws and professional standards of practice.
